October 25th: Halloween Event at Highland Park Recreation Center

Bring your family for a spooky fun time!  The Highland Park Recreation Center and Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council have teamed up to present this safe celebration to enjoy in community with your neighbors.  

This FREE, family-friendly event includes candy, games, music, and a Costume Contest, so families are encouraged to come in costume!
