MISSION:
This committee consists of Board members and Stakeholders, chaired by the Treasurer. It reviews and makes recommendations to the Board on all financial proposals coming before the Board.
View the Budget, MER, Payment Requests, Special Accounts, and Purchase Card (credit card) Transactions for all Neighborhood Councils.

Neighborhood Purpose Grant (NPG) Information
Learn how to apply for an NPG up to $1500! NPGs are awards of public funds to a 501(c)(3) or public school for a project that will benefit the public. Our NC will consider all eligible projects within the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council Boundaries. See below for current schedule of NPG Cycles and deadlines.
