LA Metro wants rider feedback to improve the transit experience for neurodivergent riders, including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory processing conditions. As part of a new Neurodiverse Rider Experience Program, Metro is inviting neurodivergent riders and caregivers to take a brief survey about their experiences, barriers, and needs on buses, trains, and at stations. Responses will help shape improvements such as sensory-friendly environments, clearer signage, predictable announcements, and reduced overwhelming stimuli during travel.
